Donna starting working in Optics in 1998. Following the expansion of her family, she joined our team in 2020 having never worked in an independent opticians before, she immediately noticed the exceptionally high level of customer service and enjoyed the feeling of working for a family business. Donna is very ambitious and throughout the years has worked her way through various optical exams and at times held a managerial role.  She excels in customer service and is passionate about ensuring a customer experience second to none.  She also works alongside Natalie visiting our domiciliary patients who cannot leave their homes without considerable assistance.  Donna loves all aspects of her role, but takes exceptional pride in helping people choose new spectacles ensuring the best frame choice.
